Return and Refund Policy

Thank You for shopping at Die Bees.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review Our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

  1. Interpretation and Definitions

    • Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company(referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Die Bees (Pty) Ltd.
  • Goodsrefer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Ordersmean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Servicerefers to the Website.
  • Websiterefers to Die Bees, accessible from
  • You / Yourmeans the individual accessing or Using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or Using the Service, as applicable.
  1. Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your order any time before a payment is made or the order is processed. Your order will automatically be cancelled within 24 hours if no payment is made or reflecting in Our account.

Once Your order is paid and marked as fulfilled or shipped, and wish to cancel Your order, You should let Us know in writing immediately when possible. If the order hasn’t left Our premises, a cancellation can easily be processed

If the cancelled order was already collected from Us by Our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled and we can only process it through a return once the order reaches the consignee’s address. See section 3 of this policy. A cancellation fee will be applicable to cover the costs of delivery and the return if the order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us by email:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will Use the same means of payment as You Used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

  1. Conditions for Returns

    • In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
      • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
        (Goods are not returnable after 7 days of purchase)
      • The Goods are in the original packaging
      • No signs of Use of the item(s)
      • Original tags are intact
      • Clothing items are unwashed and/or ironed
    • The following Goods cannot be returned:
      • The supply of goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
      • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
      • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery like underwear and socks.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.

  1. Returning Goods

We make Use of a reputable courier Company for returns and deliveries and we normally arrange al returns back to Us to eliminate delays and risks.

We can only process a credit or refund for a return once the item(s) reach Us and a proper inspection was done by Us.

Please note: If you request a refund instead of shop credit, the courier fee for the return will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Returns process

    • Inform Us in writing of your request to return an order or item by supplying us your order number, list of items you want to return and the reason for your return.
    • We will then verify if your items are eligible for return
    • Once verified, we will arrange a collection from the same address where it was delivered (unless otherwise specified)
    • Once we receive your items back, it will be inspected and processed accordingly
    • We will then create and send You a coupon code for the value of the returned items (excluding delivery fees)
    • You will be able to use the coupon towards the purchase of a new order. A delivery fee will be applicable for the delivery of your new order.
    • In case of a request for a refund, the courier fee for the return of the item(s) will also be deducted from the refund amount before Your refund is processed.
