Delivery Costs

We charge a fixed delivery rate of R120 per online order and free of charge when your total order value is R1200 or more.

Delivery Fees for wholesale/bulk orders are charged per order basis and are excluded from the fixed and free delivery option due to the volume and packaging requirements. Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the item as well as the delivery address.

All South African deliveries are handled by our preferred courier partners.

The Courier Guy / Pudo Locker-to-Door
For regular home or work addresses

Pudo Locker-to-Locker / Pargo
All deliveries will be made to the nearest Pudo locker or Pargo Outlet when your delivery address is a Farm, Small Holding, Government Building, in a Shopping Centre, High risk area, or a remote/outlaying area with a higher courier surcharge. 

If your delivery address is a Farm, Small Holding, Government Building, in a Shopping Centre, High risk area, or a remote/outlaying area and want your order delivered to that address directly and not to the nearest Pudo Locker / Pargo outlet, you can then arrange for your own collection from your preferred courier to collect from us  (Contact us immediately after placing your order to inform us before we dispatch)

Delivery times

Delivery to South African addresses or destination lockers/outlets takes place within 2 – 5 business days from date of dispatch to any capital or town. Some towns are serviced by a courier only once a week or longer and can take more than 5 days for delivery. We cannot be held liable for late deliveries due to any reason beyond our control.

You will be notified by an automated email when your order is dispatched and a tracking number will be provided with a link on which you can track the status of your delivery yourself. This link with the tracking number is sent directly from the courier service and not our website. You can track your delivery by clicking on of the options below:

For Locker / Outlet deliveries, you will receive communication directly from Pudo / The Courier Guy / Pargo when your order is ready for collection at the specified locker or outlet. A locker PIN will be provided by Pudo / The Courier Guy to be able to retrieve your package at the specified locker. Any queries about tracking a parcel or regarding the PIN can be queried directly with the courier company.

Our courier partners only do deliveries on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) within office hours. If your delivery is made to your specified address, please make sure that you or a representative are available at the address specified on the order to receive the item within the above times.

Delivery Inspection

All items delivered by the courier must be checked by the recipient. Any missing or damaged items must be recorded and communicated to the courier directly and should be communicated with us as well as soon as you receive it.

We cannot be held accountable for any claims related to late deliveries as a result of protest action or any other situation out of our control. However, we do our best to deliver all orders within the given timeframes.

International Deliveries

We currently do not offer the option for international or intercontinental deliveries within our online platform. However, we partnered with TUNL to assist with shipments beyond the borders of South Africa. Please contact us for more info and/or a quote.
