All deliveries are handled by a courier service across South Africa at a fixed cost of R99 or free of charge for all purchases with the end total of R750 or more. If any discount coupons are used, the end total must still reach R750 after the coupon has been applied, to qualify for free shipping. (Extra fees may be charged for deliveries to Farms, shopping centers, state buildings and remote villages).

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are charged per order basis and are excluded for the free shipping option.

Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the item as well as the delivery address (If applicable).

Delivery takes place within 2 – 5 business days from date of order and payment to any capital or town. Some towns are serviced by a courier only once a week or longer and can take more than 5 days for delivery. Die Bees cannot be held liable for late delivery due to any reason beyond our control.

You will be notified by an automated email when your order is dispatched and a tracking number will be provided with a link on which you can track the status of your delivery yourself. Any queries about tracking a parcel can be queried directly with the courier.

All items delivered by the courier must be checked by the recipient. Any missing or damaged items must be recorded on the waybill/delivery note before the delivery is signed. If not recorded, any disbursement or replacement of items may be refused.

We cannot be held accountable for any claims related to late deliveries as a result of protest action or any other situation out of our control. However, we do our best to deliver all orders within the given timeframes.

Our courier partners only do deliveries on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) within office hours. Make sure that you or a representative are available at the address specified on the order to receive the item within the above times.
