South African Deliveries
Shipping costs
All South African deliveries are handled by the Pudo Locker service across South Africa free of charge to your nearest Pudo locker. Free deliveries do not apply for delivery at your specified delivery address. Additional delivery charges will be billed if you prefer delivery to your address. (Extra fees may be charged for deliveries to Farms, shopping centers, state buildings and remote villages).
Shipping costs for wholesale orders are charged per order basis and are excluded for the free shipping option.
Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the item as well as the delivery address (If applicable).
Delivery times
Delivery to South African destination lockers takes place within 2 – 5 business days from date of order and payment to any capital or town. Some towns are serviced by a courier only once a week or longer and can take more than 5 days for delivery. Die Bees cannot be held liable for late delivery due to any reason beyond our control.
You will be notified by an automated email when your order is dispatched and a tracking number will be provided with a link on which you can track the status of your delivery yourself. You will also receive communication directly from Pudo / The Courier Guy when your order is ready for collection at the specified locker. Any queries about tracking a parcel can be queried directly with the courier company.
Our courier partners only do deliveries on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) within office hours. If your delivery is made to your specified address, please make sure that you or a representative are available at the address specified on the order to receive the item within the above times.
Delivery Inspection
All items delivered by the courier must be checked by the recipient. Any missing or damaged items must be recorded and communicated to the courier directly.
We cannot be held accountable for any claims related to late deliveries as a result of protest action or any other situation out of our control. However, we do our best to deliver all orders within the given timeframes.
International Deliveries
Shipping costs
All International deliveries are handled by DHL as our preferred courier service across all participating international destinations outside of South Africa. Delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout when a delivery address is entered. International orders do not qualify for free shipping due to the variable delivery costs involved for different locations. (Extra fees may be charged for deliveries to Farms, shopping centers, state buildings and remote villages).

Customs duties and Taxes
All international export and imports are subjected to customs duties and taxes and are calculated at the time of arrival before it is being sent to the final destination. All import custom duties and taxes payable will be for the receiver’s account and will be payable before delivery can take place. Die Bees or our Courier partner cannot be held accountable for the customs duties and taxes and delivery delays as a result of unpaid duties and taxes.
You can contact the DHL office in your country to enquire about the customs and duties payable by the receiver.
Delivery times
Delivery timeframes are location and country dependant and an estimated duration will be shown during the checkout process when you have entered the delivery address. Delivery times shown during checkout are only an estimate and Die Bees cannot be held liable for late delivery due to any reason beyond our control. Delays can be caused by customs and many other factors.
