Our website and online store are made available through the WooCommerce and WordPress platforms which performs the website’s and store features that allow us to offer products to you the consumer. All payments are handled by a third party on behalf of Bushveld Culture (Pty) Ltd. 22. Sizing Guides

Information about our Size guidelines and to correctly select correct sizing when placing orders are set out on our Size guide Page (See our Size Guide). Note that it is your responsibility to select the correct sizing. Any expense to return or Exchange incorrect sizes will be for your own account

23. Pre-orders

All items that are marked as a “Pre-order” are subjected to the following:

• All orders for pre-order items require full payment on order like a normal order.
  
  
• Pre-order items have a waiting period of 3-4 weeks due to manufacturing timeframes and will immediately be dispatched when the stock arrives at our premises. If there are any delays in the manufacturing process, we will notify you accordingly
  
  
• If regular stock items are ordered together with pre-order items, the regular stock items will be shipped together with the pre-order items when it is ready. If you require your regular stock order to be shipped sooner, then an additional delivery fee will be charged for that delivery
  
  
• All pre-orders are subjected to all Terms and Conditions, policies and size guides
